Man this heat is screwing me up. for the past several cycles it not only took longer to fall asleep(ten minutes feels like an hour, also) but I've been waking earlier, drenched in sweat. Luckily the sleep I am getting is enough, but I have to be going on at most 1.5 hours a day since the fifth. I've created a spreadsheet to keep track starting today.

  1. Hey - I'm into my 5th day with the 3-hr Everyman and came across your blog. You're fully acclimated to Uberman, right? I'm particularly interest in your comments of 10 minute naps instead of 20. That really does work for you?

  2. Yes, they work well. I don't think they'd work during adaptation, though, because they'd just give you more opportunities to oversleep.

    Once you're not in danger of accidentally sleeping more than about 1.5 times your normal hours, they ought to work.

    Given that you posted this on the 8th, you should be past the hell week, and they might work now.
