Let's try this on #polyphasers. Contact me and I'll add your schedule here. All of us can sync up to talk immediately after naps.

It'll give you a little more incentive not to oversleep or take another nap, knowing you're missing a conversation. And it will give you a bit more insight into your own attempt.

The basic premise: within half an hour of waking, try to get on the channel. That's all. Mention in your schedule if there are naps after which things get in the way of irc'ing. Don't feel like you have to bang on the keyboard when you're still stumbling your way out of a nap, but do try to keep your conversational schedule.
