I could e.g. give you money to fix up the house, but w/r/t the orphan domicile maybe the proper solution* is for me to purchase land on which you could build a new** orphanage. Sans knowledge of the area I can't make the decision yet, the equation is as yet unbalanced.

Understand vis a vis the real estate that I would be willing (i.w.b.w.) to pay all construction expenses and assorted costs of zoning etc. i.w.b.w. to also scout for new supplies of food, medical supplies, and whatever else is needed w/r/t orphanic health and sanity.

i.w.b.w. to w/r/t/b/n/necessarily equate these variables into charitable donations for tax^man -e^pi*i = 0.

I've been wanting to do this for 10 years. And half that time ago I wanted to do it for 2.5 years. And half that time ago I wanted to do it in 1.75 years. A/s/o/a/s/f so by Zeno's argument 10 years ago is now and now is 10 years ago because this series converges on 0. Do you understand my joy?
